Finally making sense of the mysteries of my life and personality. Welcome to the reflections of my journey.

New here? Start with these.
I don’t remember being told I was sensitive as a child. That came later, mostly in relationships. Earlier than that, I think I learned something different. I learned to be quiet. To observe instead of react.
I Thought I Was Bad At Conversations
I rarely talked to anyone on the phone. I avoided ordering pizza, even that felt overwhelming If I’m on a call, it’s for a purpose.
Once the purpose is served, the call ends.
I Learned People Before I Understood Them
I noticed small changes. Tone. Timing. When something didn’t match what was being said. I learned to read what was underneath, even when I couldn’t explain it. Eventually, I stopped questioning it. I just trusted what I picked.
I Thought I Just Needed More Discipline
Being alone, doing my own thing—it’s just easier. Quieter. Less complicated.
I love my own company, and I never feel lonely. I thought everyone needed this much alone time.
